Amazon.com

I love Amazon.com. I love to buy on their, use giftcards I earned on there. Just love it. I love to review the products I get, which the site is fairly easy to find what you need. I love how they track my packages and let me know when I should be expecting. Wonderful customer service, every issue I have had, I have never had to call Amazon, just an email and within 24 hours they have responded. (Usually way quicker than that) They have always solved every issue and always put me first. I love how easy it is to order. How they offer Amazon Prime is also wonderful. About 100$ a year and you get free shipping. When I was doing product reviews, it allowed me to get hundreds of items with free shipping. That is awesome. Not only does prime give you free shipping it also gives you music, movies & tv shows, books, and much much more! They have great shipping service, my package usually arrives intact and ready to use. They spend a wonderful amount of time on the precious of products, adding bubble wrap to keep things safer. If you have a packaging issue, review it on the Packaging Review page. Then they will know and will fix it. They have changed how they sent products to me a couple of times because the product had issues in that department. But when resent the product again, it came in better more secure packaging, they also refunded me the money for it too. So as I said, Amazon, thinks about you. I love the variety of products, it's like Walmart for online, and being as I don't have a Walmart nearby, Amazon is better for me. Plus I don't have to go anywhere. If you don't have prime you can get free shipping by ordering over 35$ and that is easy to do, for me. But as I said, Prime worked better for me in the long run. They always have wonderful deals and extremely competitive pricing on a variety of brands and products. I will keep being a strong Amazon.com fan and would be absolutely mortified if it was gone one day! I love them and hope they stay in if for the long haul!

My only grievance with Amazon, was the recent deletion of reviews that in the beginning we were to write a disclaimer. Well we did as told and now since the whole fiasco of people upset about all the disclaimer reviews. They deleted all of them, I went from over 150+ to 40 reviews left. Which being as the sites I was on, the sellers, wanted reviewers with high reviews. So now a lot of us get nothing and have to restart, which mine took me almost a year to get that high, as I did them in my free time. This is my only issue and it is a catch 22, they can't go through and just delete the disclaimer, so we have to re-review products we bought a long time ago. A lot of reviewers, left the review game because of this. I reviewed a product in full. Tried, touched, smelt, used, all of it. As well as a lot I knew, now their work, their time, their finished review products, were deleted. I want to give a thanks to those who still kept it going. i give thanks to those who worked hard to be heard about a product only to have it deleted. Amazon, you should give these reviewers some sort of thanks for giving you all those reviews, just to have you delete them. We were the ones giving you in depth detail about products.


Even still I love Amazon and will continue to use!
