Fisher Price- Your On My Naughty List

Let me say how un-wonderful I have been with Fisher Price lately. Well my son has received 3 toys this holiday season with issues. Later I come to find out, 2 of the toys with the Fisher Price name on it, is not made by Fisher Price. As a person, I hate dealing with customer service now of days. I may get refunds but they act like it was our fault their toy left the factory in not mint condition. Are we angry when we call, heck yes. I spent better than an hour and a half assembling a Thomas Toy Train Set, only to find one piece was completely wrong. One connecting end was melted off. I get that there may be some that come in not so great condition but seriously 3 toys with Fisher Price name. Ridiculous. Then trying to call and get the piece you need, when all you get is, we can refund you the money for this product but not the piece that was broken. So now your left with a toy that can not be finished (without some mom and dad imagination that is) and a child who is upset because you had to take said toy away and call customer service. Only to find out you get to have 2 toys being the exact same or you can buy new toys with the refund. I am happy they gave something back, they get an B for effort there. But seriously, your job is to make toys for children, they should want to make the customer super satisfied in this situation because the person putting these toys together and finding the defects, get treated as if they did something wrong. The other two toys was a monkey musical drumset, has the Fisher Price name, but when you call to complain that one had been sliced open and the other had the back side of the drum caved in, you find out that it is not a Fisher Price toy, made by them I mean. You need to contact Kidsstation (or something of that nature) So I did and was told to email them the issue and pictures I have pictures of said broken toys. She gave me the website address and not an email address. I was furious at this point and pretty much was not happy at all with any toy companies. They make them impossible to open, impossible to get together, then when we find an issue, they give us people who are impossible to deal with. Listen to the people, as they spend the money to BUY YOUR TOYS! MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT BROKEN BEFORE LEAVING FACILITY! If one slips out, then make sure that customer gets a replacement and a refund. It's a good way to make up for unhappy customers and unhappy kids!

Update: Fisher Price, thank you! I was so unsatisfied before I left some feedback. i was contacted by a wonderfully nice lady who has finally gave me the satisfaction I needed. I am super happy my son will finally have a train set and will get to play with it. They are sending me one and that makes me happy! I forgive them for the mishap and hope we don't have issues again in the future! I am happy this lady called and was so nice and helped me get to the happiness level I wanted. Thanks!

I use for Amazon giftcards. Love this site. super fun to do the tasks. You can play games, watch videos, surveys, do tasks on social sites. You name it, they probably have it. They send you emails, with free 25 coins inside all the time. So you can easily do the bare minimum and still make some coins. I love how much they offer for rewards. Wonderful selection. I love to watch the videos, they are short only have to watch less than 30 seconds of a video and watch about 10 of them and you get points for that. Wonderful. Easy, fast coin reward time. You don't have to wait too long for your rewards. They are wonderful about processing super fast and wonderfully. They also have a huge clearance for rewards too, right now they have some for 80% off. Pretty sweet. I love how little time it takes to complete most tasks on this site, so I can earn faster and get rewards faster. I love how they choose videos that would seem to interest me, and make me smarter. I like to learn just as much as the next person but if I don't like something, I don't want to be forced to watch the whole video, this allows me to browse until I want to watch the full video.
