Had a small issue with my bottom silicone pad not being there and neither was the extra. I contacted the seller via email, and the responded really fast. They were awesome at helping me with my issue and the issue was 100 percent solved and I am a happy customer. I love this eyelash curler, mainly because of the bottom silicone pad and handles. My old one was all metal, if I had lotion on my hand the metal one would slip. My metal one always was a bit hard to clean and kind of hurt when I used it. This one I used with no discomfort. I love how the soft silicone is on the underneath of your eyelashes, as it makes it so much better feeling. Super easy to use just open then insert your beautiful lashes and squeeze handle together so the curler pinches your lashes. It works so nicely, perfect curl to my lashes and it was not painful. The product box was a tad smashed, but product was not damaged at all, except the missing pads. Which was resolved. I do not like pink that much but if you like Hot Pink, this is very hot pink. Well the handles and silicone pad, which I also received a black extra one. Very durable feeling, metal. Lifetime Guarantee written right on the box, which is awesome! Makes very good curl to your lashes, not like some that barely flip or the ones that crease your lashes, this one looks like you have a natural upward curl to your lashes.

3 AAA Batteries included inside product. To operate for the first time you have to remove a little circle paper-like thing inside product on top of battery unit. Batteries are placed in a unit that holds all three together nicely, then you replace the unit and screw the cap back on. Easy to unscrew and easy to figure battery placement out, as all three batteries go the same direction positive matching positive to unit, which it has a plus sign on the end of the positive on the unit. Also can just replace one by one to know the direction the others need to go as they all go the same way. Has a nice information paper included inside box, it has helpful tips on how to use the light correctly and how to get the best results. Hold 2-3 feet from area you want to check. All wet stains will show with this, any dirty hands prints from kids and yucky stuff you can't see. I love this light as I can get those areas that need to be cleaned. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 children, this product finds all the messes these 6 make. Very bright UV light, very intense, so do NOT look into it, kind of hurts the eyes. Do not use for long periods of time, as it can over heat, like if you were cleaning areas, while cleaning, turn off for a bit, once you know the area to clean. All black, has an easy to push on/off button on back end of light. Has 11 bulbs inside light lens. Both the back and flash light part unscrew to reveal the battery pack. Has nice grips in the center of whole light. Has a handy wrist strap, to use in case you drop it so it doesn't smash to the floor.

Comes in a super nice storage box that when you don't need anymore or want to store accessories, this box is perfect for that. Comes with one remote, one USB to Single prong like thing that plugs into bottom of remote. then USB part connects to the wall charger unit, then into the wall it goes. When first use, charge completely. Comes with one collar and one training unit to attach to collar. Collar can be opened enough to fit around my head without unlatching, so it can be used for small (not small like a Chihuahua but small as a small puppy, like a border collie puppy might fit some small dogs but they can't be tiny or have slender necks) , too large dogs (Probably check if you have an Akita or large dog that has large proportions compared to human proportions. If the neck seems like it would be bigger than you head, probably won't fit). Has an LED light when LED light button (which is located directly above the mode button, between 2 other buttons). Has a channel button to the left of LED button and a launch button to the right of the LED button. The other button is the mode button. Up/down button located on the right side (when screen is facing you) of the remote. Screen displays the different modes and options you select, which I recommend reading the instructions to know these symbols as well as practice them when not on dog as to just read what the symbols look like as to not make a mistake and make your dog freak out. Works up to 330 yards, has 4 modes, vibrate, shock, light, and beep. Syncs in less than 10 seconds. Collar measures 14'- 23'. 100 levels static shock and vibrate. Worked pretty well, as I need to get the hang of it more. But easy to read screen and after getting to know the symbols, works just fine. We have a Border Collie puppy, and with this we are just hoping to help her become less distracted by her surroundings and more in tune to what she needs to do to stay out of trouble.

This is my first water bottle like this, and let me say, what a fun idea! Cheaper than flavored water in store, and it is so fun to do! Makes a great healthy activity for kids to help make. A parent should slice the fruit, but they can stick it in and insert into the water. Directions are: Unscrew top lid (which is not too hard), using green tab pull out infuser (little green handle pull straight up), unscrew fusion chamber (the green top unscrew), slice fruit (have adults do this if kids are helping and insert into chamber (perfect fun way to let kids help), add water (room temperature or cold, not hot), put back together the way you took apart, refrigerate (do NOT freeze, it will break if you do) for 2-3 hours (I did the full 3 hours for a more intense flavor), shake and enjoy! Makes 24 ounces which is a very good amount. Slender tall shape makes it fit most cup holders. Little bigger round than a pop/ soda can. Dishwasher safe, top rack only! Hand wash with Non Abrasive sponges or cloths. Do not microwave, not intended for hot. Can use a more room temperature but I wouldn't add fruit to water any warmer than that at first. Room temperature allows a little more to infuse with for a more stronger flavor. I don't like water very much, I am hoping with this I can get myself to like and drink more water. I love the clear design as you can pretty much watch what happens. The fruit gets a little watery but you can eat it, which can make a fun snack for kids, fruit and fruit water! I recommend slicing open everything you add, as not doing it can make it not to allow flavor to mix. BPA Free, stain resistant, made of Tritan ( a high impact, high durability copolyester). I am sure if you had it full and threw it as hard as you could at a brick wall, it would for sure break but other than that, seems pretty durable, when dropped it falls on the top, so be careful not to drop, it is top heavy. Recommended for infuser, oranges, strawberries, watermelon, lime, lemon, berries, cherries, grapefruit, pineapple, kiwi, peach, cucumber, mint. Banana's do not work very well as the bananas disintegrate! Very good taste when infused, I tried with strawberries, and it tasted just as good if not better than store bought and I was able to have a little snack after. The fruit picture inside infuser has information on the other side!

I really love laundry bags, you can use them for so many wonderful things, you can use them in the washer to wash items like, socks (kids socks are great to use in these and wash), undergarments (hate having to search, they all go in one place.), keep lingerie safe in wash machine (only those that are allowed in wash machine). It also can be used for toys, if you have washable toys they can be put into the bag and thrown in the washer, but be very careful not to over load and shut bag up tight, I would also only do small toys like legos. Comes in 3 individually wrapped packages. All 3 labeled the size they are. First one is 50cm x 60cm, about the size of a hair towel, pretty big and nice for bigger items, like sweaters, shirts, and other items you may want to have in the bag to reduce damages. Only fill 2/3 full for best result, too full and the clothes don't get very clean as the water has a harder time getting in there. This bag is all white, has a zipper opening. Second size is 50cm x 40 cm, about the size of a hand towel, a large hand towel. All white except a blue zipper, medium in size, works great for light t shirts, I love to use this one for any of my shirts that have lace or is of the ripped style. The last size is 30cm x 40 cm which is also the size of a hand towel but a small sized hand towel. All white with pink zipper. This one is great for gloves, socks, undergarments. I love these bags they help save clothes that my washer would have ruined. Also can be used for hand washing, love how I can take all my hand washables, and throw them in these laundry bags then right into the tub with mild laundry soap! Way better than one by one!
