DeleteThat is wonderful! I am trying to make the switch to eating better, and that for me starts with snacks, I love to eat those sugar filled, not at all healthy snacks and honestly my body feels not so great from that. I have been watching a lovely show, Guy's Grocery Games, and seeing that, those wonderful foods they make with so many colorful vegetables (which is what I need more.) Love these snacks because you don't feel shame eating a little snack. Popcorn is crunchy and tastes wonderful and their chips are crunchy and very delicious! Thank you so much for your response!
ReplyDeleteMy family has transitioned to clean eating slowly but surely with an occasional cheat day sometimes. I want to incorporate more protein powder into my breakfasts and eat more gluten free foods.
ReplyDeleteEating the healthier choices is hard. I should know, I have not had to much of a weight issue so much as feeling awful from eating too much of certain foods. My all time worst is fried foods, I love the taste of pretty much anything out of a fryer. But after eating this way a lot I have noticed some HUGE drawbacks. My mood is down, my body feels sluggish, and I just feel plain worn. I need to incorporate more vegetables and other nutritious items into my meals. Protein powders I have heard have been wonderful in the mornings, when most don't get time to eat or cook protein, those powders can help get you that added bonus in the morning! DeleteFollowed and shared! I really love their packaging, and that they made the word vegan visible. My whole family is big on meat. We all grew up Filipino food, which traditionally is animal-heavy. My wish for them is to be open to adding more veggies to their meals at the least.
ReplyDeleteI agree there, sometimes people look at the word Vegan and think just because they eat meat they can't eat snacks like this. I like the incorporation of more vegetables in snacks like these because most people are lacking in the healthy produce part of life. I need to do this as my husband and I are starting to notice our not so healthy eating habits, which is lacking in those wonderful veggies! Thanks for the response!!
